Hubert W. Groter...Frostburg - 
   Hubert W. Groter, 46, died at Veterans Hospital, Dallas, Texas, yesterday.
   He was a son of Ethel (Anderson) Groter and the late William Groter.  A 
veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Methodist church.
   Besides his mother he is survived by three children, Donna Jean, Sandra and 
William Groter, at home, and two brothers, Richard J. Groter, Dillion, 
Montana, and Robert Groter of Monroeville, Pa.
   The body will be returned to the Durst Funeral Home.
