Last Rites Over Gentle Youth - Remains of Roy L. Hoblitzell Committed to 
Earth -  In The Morning Of Life.  Bureau of the Evening Times, Frostburg, Md., 
January 28
   All that was mortal of the late R. R. Hoblitzell was laid to rest beside 
his ancestors in Allegany cemetery yesterday afternoon.  The funeral services 
were held at the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Hoblitzell, on 
East Main Street, at 2 p.m.  The impressive ritual of the Protestant Episcopal 
Church was used, the deceased having been a communicant of that body.  In the 
absence of a rector at St. John's, the Rev. David May, rector of St. Peter's 
church, Lonaconing, officiated.   The following gentlemen acted as 
pallbearers:  Messrs. Tobias Lazarus, Isaac J. Shearer, Owen Winters and Frank 
G. Metzger, of this place, and Wilbur F. Cleaver and R. Mason Hill, of 
Cumberland.
   The deceased was, as noted in  Saturday's Times, for years the faithful 
correspondent for Frostburg and vicinity to this paper, and although in ill 
health for years his genial disposition made for him a host of friends who 
unite with the family in mourning the loss of one cut down almost at the 
beginning of life.  Mrs. W. S. Hoblitzell, mother of the lamented young man, 
who has been ill for some time past, is completely prostrated by the shock.  
They have the sincere sympathy of the entire community.

shown in the article indicates his name was Robert Royal Hoblitzell.
