Hosken Rites - Frostburg, Md., Nov. 26 - Funeral services were conducted this afternoon for George E. Hosken, 74, a lifelong resident, who died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harwood Martin, Washington, D.C. whom he had been visiting for five weeks. His body was brought to the home of his son, G. Kear Hosken, county tax collector. He was a brother of Russel Hosken, Mrs. Evans, wife of Mayor Horace G. Evans, and Misses Ida, Stella, and Eva Hosken. Mr. Hosken was a stone mason and bricklayer. Rev. Winthrop Stilwell, pastor of the First English Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in Allegany cemetery. The pallbearers were William Pressman, Frank Hosken, Albert Tiddy, Ross Fuller, James Fuller, Jr., and Ernest Fuller.
