Va., March 5  --- Last rites for Joseph T. Jaco, 35, killed by a locomotive in the Baltimore and Ohio yards here late Saturday were held yesterday afternoon at the Bartlett Funeral home with the Rev. Gordon L. Withers, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiating.  Interment was in Bluemont.﷯﷯       Jaco was a son of J. Oscar jaco, a former city councilman and a candidate for mayor in yesterday's primary, and Ida E. Bunner Jaco.  For the last 15 years he had been employed as a caller by the B. & O., most recently in Fairmont.﷯﷯       Besides his parents, his wife Lulu Hudson Jaco; one daughter Patty Ann; three brothers and three sisters survive.
