Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 19 September 1950:  
"Mrs. Sarah Agnes Kady, 76, widow of Martin Kady, 123 South Smallwood Street, 
died yesterday afternoon in Allegany Hospital.   A native of Fairmont, W. Va., 
Mrs. Kady was a daughter of the late John S. and Mary (Rogers) Hershberger.  
She held membership in St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers.  
Her husband died December 21, 1933.  Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. 
Otho L. Wymer, with whom she resided; Mrs. Mary Murphy, McKees Rock, Pa., and 
Mrs. Clarence W. Friend. Keyser, W. Va.; two brothers, James Hershberger 
Parsons. W. Va., and Harry Hershberger, Blaine, W. Va.; two sisters, Mrs. 
Mollie Condry, this city, and Mrs. Nellie Bean, Frostburg; 14 grandchildren 
and 18 great-grandchildren.  The body is at the Wymer residence.  A requiem 
mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick's church and burial 
will take place in Philos Cemetery, Westernport."
