Evening Times, Cumberland, Md.  December 31, 1938
Rowlesburg, W. Va., Dec. 31 -   Funeral services took place at Morgantown, 
yesterday afternoon, for Mrs. Hazel Elaine Kalbaugh, 44, wife of Clarence 
Kaulbaugh, Pittsburgh, who died in Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, early Tuesday, 
following nine weeks illness and two major operations.  
   She was born in Rowlesburg, the daughter of Jefferson D. and Lonie Hardesty 
Heath, and resided here until her marriage 26 years ago.
   Surviving include the parents, husband and eight children;  Mrs. Helen 
Matheny, William, Charles, Betty, Howard, Mary Ellen, Donald, and Robert, at 
home.  She was a sister of Charles, Walter and Carl Heath, Rowlesburg, and 
Mrs. Mabel Stuart, Terra Alta.
