Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Thursday, August 14, 1941:  
"Mrs. Patrick E. Kean--Mrs. Virginia Susan Kean, wife of Patrick E. Kean, 
252 Beall street, died at 11 a. m. today.   A native of Westernport she was 
the daughter of the late James P. and Sara L. Kight.  Besides her husband 
she is survived by one brother, James Albert Kight.  Burial will be in 
Philos Cemetery, Westernport."
