Cumberland Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 1 April 1956: 
"A requiem mass for Mrs. Violet Cecelia Kelly, 74, who died Friday 
afternoon, will be celebrated Tuesday morning, at 9 a. m. in St. Mary's 
Catholic Church, followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. The body 
is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be Edward Wehler 
{sic-Wheeler}, James Wehler {sic-Wheeler} , Ernest Weisen Miller, Paul 
Joyce, Ned Joyce and Willian Angle." Note: this is Violet Cecelia Reed, 
daughter of Winfield Scott Reed and Mary C. Leavy
