Kenney, 73, Mexico Farms, died this morning in Sacred Heart Hospital. He had been in ill health 10 weeks. A native of Windman, (sic-Windom) W. Va., he was a son of the late Patrick and Bridget (Malloy) Kenney. Mr. Kenney was a veteran of World War I, and was a retired toolmaker at Ford Motors in Detroit. He was formerly employed as a general roundhouse foreman at the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company here. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Detroit, and was a member of the International Machinists Union. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Margaret (Felten) Kenney; a daughter, Mrs. Veronica Quinn, Park Ridge, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Collins, Detroit, and Mrs. Margaret Hovatter, this city; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The body will be at the Scarpelli Funeral Home after tomorrow and the family will receive friends from 2 to ,4 p. m. and 7 to 9 p. m."
