"Cumberland Evening Times" Fri 2 Jan 1953: 
"Mrs. Anna Cecelia Lannon, 53, Baltimore Pike, died yesterday shortly 
after being admitted to Memorial Hospital. Born in Barton, she was a 
daughter of the late John F. and Anna M. (Gannon) Lannon. She had 
resided in Cumberland since 1920 and had been employed for a number 
of years by the Darling Shop. Miss Lannon was a member of St. 
Patrick's Catholic Church. Surviving are two brothers, Thomas E. 
Lannon, Washington and William A. Lannon, Reno, Nev.; a sister, Mrs. 
James O'Neill, Augusta, Ga., and several nieces and nephews. The body 
will remain at the George Funeral Home."
