Warren LaRue, 75, died Friday at his home, 405 Pratt Street, following an illness of several months. A son of the late Moses P. and Sarah E. (Medler) LaRue, he had resided here 47 years. Mr. LaRue had lived in Harpers Ferry, W. Va., as a youth. A former employe at the Luke Plant of the West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company, Mr. LaRue had retired in 1948 after 40 years employment. Mr. LaRue was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Westernport; Hiram Lodge 103, AF & AM of Westernport, and a charter member of Piedmont Lodge 1122, LOO Moose. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Laura F. (Streets) LaRue; two sons, Allen L. LaRue, Keyser, and Byron O. LaRue, Luke; three daughters, Mrs. Donald B. Grove,Cumberland; and Mrs. Vernon Norton and Mrs. Maude Perkins, both of Baltimore; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The body is at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, where services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Robert E. Cassell, pastor of the Mt. Calvary Church.
