The Piedmont Herald 24 March 1955 

Robert LaRue, 62, former resident of Westernport, died Tuesday morning 
in Akron, Ohio, according to a telegram received by his brother, Warren 
LaRue, Luke.  Born in Harpers Ferry, Mr. LaRue was the son of the late 
Moses and Sarah Medley (should be Medlar) LaRue.  A former resident of 
Westernport, he moved to Akron 35 years ago.  Besides his brother, 
survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sally LaRue, Akron; and a sister, Mrs. 
Emma Evans, Harpers Ferry.
