MRS. ISABELLE LASHLEY
MT. SAVAGE – Mrs. Isabelle Lashley, 87, widow of Wayne L. Lashley, died of a 
heart ailment yesterday afternoon at her home on Calla hill.
A daughter of the late George and Sarah Ellen (Rizer) Lynch, she was a member 
of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Mrs. Lashley leaves eight daughters, Mrs. George McGann and Mrs. Joseph 
Wilhelm, here; Misses Anna, Coeline, Isabelle and Delores Lashley, at home; 
Sister Mary Ita, Notre Dame Sisters, Garden City, N.Y., and Mrs. Eileen 
Herboldshelmer, Cumberland, and five sons, Joseph Lashley, Baltimore; William 
Lashley, Hyndman; Charles Lashley, Frostburg; George L.  and Nevin E. Lashley, 
at home.
Also surviving are six sisters, Mrs. Mary Elliott, Mrs. Rose Green, Mrs. Alice 
Bower, Mrs. Cecelia Carder and Mrs. Elizabeth Stevens, Frostburg, and Mrs. 
Coeline Lynch, Arlington, Va.; five brothers, Edward Lynch, address unknown; 
Roy Lynch, Eckhart, and Matt Lynch, New Cumberland, Ohio, and 14 
grandchildren.  The body is at the home.
