Logsdon, 58, died Friday at his home following an illness of four years. Born in Barton, he was a son of the late William and Mary A. Logsdon. He was a retired government employee, having worked in the Panama Canal Zone as an electrician. He held membership in St. Gabriel's Catholic Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Pauline (Waring) Logsdon, a son, Dr. J.G. Logsdon, Arbutus, Md.; two brothers, Charles Logsdon, Alexandria, Va., and William Logsdon, Barton, and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Howell and Mrs. Charles Howell, both of Barton. The body is at the residence, where the rosary will be recited today at 8 p.m. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9:30 at St. Gabriel's Church. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
