A native of Midland, he was a son of Mrs. Mary Manley and the late John J. Manley. Mr. Manley had resided in Akron several years where he was in the upholstery business. He was a vetaran of World War II and served in the Navy. Surviving besides, his mother, are three sisters, Mrs. Mary Elliott, Akron, and Mrs. Agnes Davis and Miss Margaret Manley, both of here, and two brothers, John Manley, Akron, and Patrick Manley, Midland. The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home, Lonaconing, where the rosary will be recited today at 7:30 p. m. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9:30 p. m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Belvedere Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded at graveside by members of American Legion Post 169 Midland."
