James G. Matthews....Lonaconing -
   James G. Matthews, 35, of Dundalk, Md., died yesterday in University 
Hospital in Baltimore.
   A native of Moscow, he was a son of the late William H. Virgie Mae 
(Bradley) Matthews. 
   Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Marthalene (Bradley) Matthews;  two 
daughters, Linda and Carol Lee Matthews, both at home; two sons, Bradley and 
James Matthews, both a home; a brother, William P. Matthews, Moscow;  a half-
brother, Albert Langham, Barton;  two sisters, Mrs. Emerson Galion and Miss 
Vena Matthews, both of Moscow, and two half-sisters, Miss Alice Langham, 
Moscow, and Mrs. Myrtle Papolo, Frederick.
   The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where the family will receive 
friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
   Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 2 p.m. by 
Rev. John Wagner and Rev. O. G. Coulson, both of Baltimroe.  Interment will be 
in the Mountain View Cemetery at Moscow.
