"The Cumberland Times" Cumberland, Maryland: 
"A solemn requiem high mass for Mrs. Anna B. McGreevy, 68, of 534 North Centre street, 
who died Sunday night in Allegany Hospital, where she was admitted December 27, was held 
this morning in St. Patrick's Catholic church. The Rev. Thomas A. Hardesty was celebrant 
and interment followed in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were William Fair, Hugh and 
Raymond O'Rourke, James Kenney and Owen and Arnold McGreevy. Born in Vale Summit, Mrs. 
McGreevy was the daughter of the late John J. and Mary (Manning) Creamer. Her husband, 
Bernard P. McGreevy, died January 9, 1944. Mrs. McGreevy was a member of St. Patrick's 
Catholic church and the Blessed Virgin Sodality of that church. Surviving her are two 
sons, Thomas F. McGreevy, of Baltimore, and John B. McGreevy, this city, discharged from 
the U.S. Navy last week; a sister, Mrs. Mary E. O'Rourke, of Cumberland; and a brother, 
Cornelius V. Creamer, of Tunnelton, W. Va."
