"The Cumberland News" Cumberland, Maryland, Friday 17 Jun 1977: 
"Paul J. McGreevy, 55, of 400 Cedar Street, Jeannette, Pa., and formerly of 
Cumberland, died yesterday at Westmoreland Hospital, Greenbsurg, following 
and illness of two months. Born in Westernport, he was a son of Patrick Owen 
and Agnes (Byrne) McGreevy, of Cumberland. Mr. McGreevy was employed by the 
Union Railroad at East Pittsburgh, Pa. He was a Marine veteran of World War 
II. Surviving besides his parents are his widow, Margaret McGreevy; a son, 
Robert McGreevy, Jeanette; a daughter, Patricia Thomas, Rillton, Pa.; three 
sisters, Margaret Haywood, Westernport, Nancy Bankard, Winchester, Va., and 
Agnes Kienhofer, city; four brothers, Eugene, Edward and Robert McGreevy, 
all of this city, and Kevin McGreevy, Henryton, Md.; and one granddaughter. 
The body is at the John Graziano Funeral Home, Second Street, Jeanette. Mass 
of Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart 
Church, Jeanette. Interment will be in Twin Valley Cemetery, Belmont, Pa."
