"Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Saturday 23 Mar 1946: 
"Barton, March 23-Services for Mrs. Mary Ross Michaels, of Barton, who died 
yesterday morning, will be held tomorrow, 2 p.m., from the home of her niece, 
Mrs. David Gowan, with whom she had resided since 1931. Interment will be in 
Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow. M. Eichhorn of Lonaconing, Md., was the 
undertaker."
