"Cumberland Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Tue 4 Mar 1930: "
Midland, Md., March 4-Patrick Monahan, a well-known resident of Midland, 
died Monday morning at his home, Union street. He is survived by his 
widow, Mrs. Katherine Monahan and the following children: Mrs. Robert 
Welsh, Uniontown, Pa.; Michael Monahan, Aliquippa, Pa.; Mrs. Arch Clark, 
Barton and Joseph, Raymond and "Jack", at home. He is also survived by 
his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Monahan, Midland, and the following brothers 
and sisters: Michael Monahan and Mrs. John Kenny, Cumberland; John 
Monahan, Mrs. Frank Burns, and Mrs. James Lankan, Midland."
