Neff, 318 Cumberland Street, who died Saturday night in a Baltimore hospital, will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Stein Funeral Home. Rev. H. M. Richardson, rector of Emmanuel Episcopl Church, and Rev. Dr. Howard M. Amoss, pastor of Centre Street Methodist Church, will officiate and interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. Mrs. Neff owned the Post Card Shop on North Centre Street. ............................................................................ Mrs. Lillian U. Neff, 69, of 318 Cumberland Street, owner of the Post Card Shop on North Centre Street, died Saturday night in a Baltimore hospital. Mrs. Neff had been in ill health since she was injured in an automobile accident in 1954 in New York. She had been in business in Cumberland the past 50 years and had owned and operated the Post Card Shop since the death of her husband, Walter Neff, in 1936. She was born January 10, 1883 in Sharpsburg, a daughter of the late Charles F. and Zell (McDonald) Underdonk. Mrs. Neff was a member of the Centre Street Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Walter Neff, city; three brothers, Alten, Ronald and Louis Underdonk, all of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Victor of St. Claire Monteith, Washington, and Mrs. Reynold Wallach, city, and two grandchildren. The body is at the Stein Funeral Home where services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. by Rev. H. M. Richardson, rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, and Rev. D. Howard M. Amoss, pastor of Centre Street Methodist Church. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park.
