"Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland, 30 Jul 1906: 
"Lonaconing News--The funeral of Daniel Nichol, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Jas. Nichol, of Water Station run, occurred today. The body 
was taken to the Catholic church at 10 o'clock, thence to the 
Catholic cemetery. The young man was very popular here with his 
many friends and was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. 
The Eichhorn Undertaking Establishment had charge of the funeral."
