Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland 24 Jul 1977: 
"Harry P. Ord Sr., 78, died Friday in the Martinsburg Veterans 
Administration Center. Born in England, December 4,1898, Mr. Ord 
is survived by one son, Harry P. Ord Jr., Washington, D.C.; two 
daughters, Mrs. Patricia Streets, Springfield, W. Va., and Mrs. 
Betty Hartman, Burlington, W. Va.; two brothers, George P. Ord, 
Westernport, and Charles Ord, Arthurdale, W. Va.; three sisiers, 
Mrs. Sarah Mclntyre, Cumberland, Dorothea Sline, Westernport, 
and Mrs. Elizabeth Stine, Tyler, Texas; 13 grandchildren and one 
great grandchild. Fredlock Funeral Home, Piedmont, is in charge 
of arrangements."
