O'Rourke, 54, of 418 Maryland Avenue, was found dead yesterday at his home. A native of Midland, he was a son of the late Martin and Margaret (McVeigh) O'Rourke. Mr. O'Rourke was employed for a number of years at the Luke plant of the West Virginia Pulp and Paper Mill and was formerly a personnel manager at the plant. Mr. O'Rourke was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church of Westernport, was a graduate of St. Peter's High School and a member of the school's Alumni Association. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Frances (Shugart) O'Rourke; a daughter, Mrs. Emily Wilberg, Keyser; three sons, Martin F. O'Rourke, Upper Marlboro, Md., and Frank E. and Dennis J. O'Rourke, both of Harpers Ferry; three brothers, John O'Rourke, Kensington, Md., William O'Rourke, Colorado, and Harry O'Rourke, Westernport, and five grandsons. Another brother, Patrick O'Rourke, was killed in and automobile accident several years ago. The body is at the Fredlock Funeral Home, Piedmont, where the family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Rosary will be recited at the Funeral Home tomorrow at 8 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30 in St. Peter's Catholic Church and interment will be in the parish cemetery."
