"Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Tue 10 May 1955: "
MT. SAVAGE - A requiem mass for Mrs. Rose V. (McDermitt) O'Rourke, 68, 
wife of Patrick F. O'Rourke, who died yesterday, will be celebrated 
tomorrow at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church by Rev. Michael 
Smyth, pastor.  Funeral will take place in the parish cemetery. 
Pallbearers will be Harry Poland, Thomas Stephens, William Farrell, 
Edward Deffinbaugh, Charles Mulligan and Lawrence Fannon. Mrs. O'Rourke 
was a member of the Catholic Daughters of American and the Sodality of 
the Blessed Virgin Mary."
