PARKS--Who made his home with a brother, Joseph W. Parks, at the J. W. Parks & Son poultry farm at Juninta gap was found dead in bed this morning, expiring after a lengthy illness. He suffered from a heart ailment, being found dead when his brother visited his room during the morning. John L. Parks was born at Keyser, W. Va. April 21, 1877, a son of Joseph R. and Alice Caroline (Ross) Parks. He was well known at the Parks poultry farm, being located there for the past twenty years. Mr. Parks was a member of the Mardorf Methodist church and served on the Board of Trustees. Surviving are two sisters, Miss Alice Caroline Parks and Mrs. George Gray, both of Altoona, and one brother, Joseph W. Parks, with whom he resided. Friends will be received at the J. W.
