Mrs. Walter E. Parrish...Keyser-
   Mrs. Alta Mae Parrish, 67, wife of Walter E. Parrish, Burlington, died 
yesterday in the Pulliam Nursing Home here followinig an illness of three 
years.
   Born at Terra Alta, she was a daughter of the late James D. and Alice 
(Gribble) Friend.
   Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Walter E. Parrish Jr., at home, 
and a brother, Lacy Friend, Columbus, Ohio.
   The body will be at the Rogers Funeral Home after 3 p.m. tomorrow and 
services will be conducted there Thursday at 2 p.m.  Rev. Millard R. Floyd 
will officiate and interment will be in Deer Park (Md.) Cemetery.
