Mrs. Margaret (McHugh) Quinn, 64, wife of Postmaster J. Frank Quinn, died Friday at 7:15 p. m. at a hospital near Baltimore, where she had been a patient for the past week. A native of Lonaconing, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Conway) McHugh; both born in Ireland. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and of the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin. She was interested in church work and other charitable activities. Surviving besides her husband, is a nephew, Private Edward Mooney at Fort Knox, Ky., whom she reared, and the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Patrick Doolan, Lonaconing; Mrs. Mary Powers and John McHugh, Cumberland; Michael McHugh, Pittsburgh and Sister John Gabriel, Holy Name Convent, St. Joseph's Order of Sisters, Washington, D.
