Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 27 Aug 1924: 
"Lonaconing, Md.--Mrs. Mary Ralston, age 80 years, wife of John Ralston, 
Douglas avenue, died at 1:45 o'clock this morning at Allegany Hospital, 
Cumberland, following an operation performed a week ago.  Besides her 
husband, she is survived by three children, George, Margaret and Marion; 
on brother, Thomas Trezise and one sister, Miss Emma Trezise.  Mrs. 
Ralston was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and Daughters of 
America.  The funeral will take place at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon 
with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery."
