Sunday Times, Cumberland, MD
RICE –Mrs. Sophie Mary, aged 74, widow of Henry S. Rice, died at the home of 
her daughter, Mrs. George F. Peer, Wiley Ford, W. Va.  The body will remain at 
the home of her son, Andrew Rice, 30 Sommerville Ave., where funeral services 
will be held at 2 p.m. Monday.  Rev. Charles LeFew will officiate.  Interment 
in Greenmount Cemetery.  Arrangements by Stein’s Funeral Service.
