Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 8 Apr 1963: 
"Mrs. Leotta Belle Ross, 64, wife of Walter R. Ross, died yesterday 
at her home at Stoney run, following a lengthy illness.  Born at 
Black Creek Bottom, near Rawlings, she was a daughter of the late 
Chester and Amelia (Brant) Robinson.  She had lived in this area 
for 50 years and was a member of the Piedmont Pentecostal Holiness 
Church.  Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, 
Mrs. Flora Liehty, Bynton, Pa.; Mrs. June Lambert, New Market, Va., 
and Mrs. Helen Clark, of here; three sons, Robert A. and Clifford W. 
Ross, both of Cumberland, and Orville W. Ross, Annapolis Junction, 
Md.; four sisters, Mrs. Henry Shimer, of here; Mrs. Orla C. Quoy and 
Mrs. Mary M. Bedal, both of Toledo, Ohio, and Mrs. Orlanda Robinson, 
McCoole, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  The body is 
at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where friends will be received today 
and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A service will be 
conducted at the Piedmont Pentecostal Holiness Church at 1 p.m. 
Wednesday by Rev. Rex Coffman, pastor.  Interment will be in Philos 
Cemetery.  The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. Wednesday."
