Cumberland Evening News  March 5, 1941
      Services for John N. Rummer, 69, of 703 Lafayette avenue, Baltimore and 
Ohio Railroad engineer, who died Friday at Memorial Hospital were conducted 
yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Raymond H. Viands, 701 Lafayette 
avenue, by the Rev. Dr. Leighton B. Hensley, pastor of Southminster 
Presbyterian Church.  Interment was in Hillcrest Burial Park.
      Active pallberers were George O. Durett, S.E. Dulin, D.F. Freeland, 
George B. Weltman, Clark Catlett and J.E. Baley; honorary, William Rafter, 
William Sisk, Howard Miller and J.B. Johnson
