John T. Saville - Fort Ashby
   John Thomas Saville, 93, died yesterday at Hampshire Memorial Hospital, 
Romney.
   A native of Levels, he was a son of the late James W. and Margaret 
(Malcomb) Saville.  He was twice married.  Both wives, Ethel (Heiskell) 
Saville, and Katherine (Hass) Saville, preceded him in death.
   A retired farmer and orchardist, he was a member of the West Virginia 
Horticultural Society, Hampshire County Farm Bureau and of Wesley Chapel 
Methodist Church, Points.
   Surviving are a son, J. Edward Saville, Charles Town; two daughters, Mrs. 
Ethel Cook, Farmville, Va., and Mrs. Helen Messick, with whom he resided and 
four grandchildren.
   The body is at the Combs Funeral Home in Romney where friends will be 
received today from 7 until 9 p.m.
   A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m.  Rev. Thomas L. Price 
will officiate and interment will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
