Death was caused by pneumonia which he contracted about two weeks ago. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Ada Paugh, of Piedmont, W. Va., and a daughter, Mary Ellen, at home; his parents; three brothers, Frank, of East Liverpool, Ohio; James and Fred, of Connellsville; and also a half brother, William Britt, of this city. Mr. Scarry was born and reared in Connellsville and received his education in the local parochial schools. After graduation he learned the machinist trade in the Baltimore and Ohio railroad shops.
