Howard Sittig -
   Howard Sittig, 71, of 115 Mustaphal Drive, LaVale, died yesterday at 
Memorial Hospital.  
   Born in Carlos, he was a son of the late William and Minnie (Brode) Sittig.
   A retired supervisor of the spinning engineering department at Celanese 
Fibers Company, he was a member of Masonic Lodge 18, Racine, Wis., Cumberland 
Aerie 245, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Cumberland Outdoor Club.  An avid 
outdoorsman, he had spent most of his retirement hunting and fishing.
   Surviving are his widow, Irma (Hausman) Sittig:  two daughters, Mrs. 
Virginia Basilio and Mrs. Ann McNary, LaVale, and five grandchildren.
   The body is at the Stein Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 
until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow.
   Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home by Rev. 
John Parks.  Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
