Walter Spiker - Frostburg 
   Walter Spiker, 65, native of Woodland, died Friday in Detroit, Michigan.
   He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Spiker.  His wife, Ellen 
(McGregor) Spiker, preceded him in death.
   Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Annie Gray, Frostburg; Mrs. Lula Poland 
and Mrs. Marie Aldridge, both of Woodland, and Mrs. Martha Lewis, Baltimore; 
two brothers, Stewart Spiker, Baltimore, and Clifford Spiker, Detroit.
   The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today 
from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
   A service will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home by 
Rev. Louis Emerick, pastor of Shaft Methodist Church.  Interment will be in 
Frostburg Memorial Park.
