Cumberland Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 21 May 1900: 
"Mr. Marshall Sullivan of Frostburg died this morning at his 
late residence on Beall St., aged about 75 years. He had been 
ill for 2 weeks. He was born in Ireland, coming to Frostburg 
as a young man. His wife died shortly after coming to this 
country. Surviving children are: William P. Sullivan of 
Hitchen's Brothers Co., of Frostburg; Mrs. John Byrnes of 
Eckhart; Mr. Thomas Sullivan of the W.V. Brewing Co. of 
Huntington. The funeral is at St. Michael's of Frostburg."
