MRS. JAMES E. TROSS
PETERSBURG – Mrs. Lula E. Tross, 61, wife of James E. Tross, died yesterday at 
her home here after an illness of eight months.
Born April 20, 1893 in Mineral County, she was a member of  Petersburg 
Methodist Church, and the auxiliary of Fairmont Post 37, American Legion.  Her 
parents were the late Samuel and Rebecca Harris (Rode) Shugars.
Mrs. Tross was president of the Town Hill PTA.  Surviving, besides her husband, 
are two sisters, Mrs. Cora Perry and Mamie Shugars, Keyser, and a brother, 
Charles Shugars, Romney.
The body is at the Schaeffer Funeral Home.
