Cumberland Times, Cumberland, Maryland Sun 27 Jul 1952: 
"Frank J. Vocke, 82, died yesterday at his home, 326 Cumberland 
Street, following a lingering illness. A native of Allegany 
County, he was a son of the late John and Antoinette (Kuhlman) 
Vocke and was the last member of his immediate family. He had 
resided most of his life on the family farm on Vocke Road. Mr. 
Vocke was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and 
the Holy Name Society of the parish. Surviving are his widow, 
Mrs. Mary (Healy) Vocke; a daughter, Miss Mary Margaret Vocke, 
at home, and a number of nieces and nephews. The body is at 
the residence. A requiem mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 8 
a. m. at SS. Peter and Paul Church and interment will be in 
the parish cemetery."
