Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Fri 12 Dec 1952: 
"Clarence M. "Boots" Walsh, 60, of 435 Independence Street, 
died last night in Memorial Hospital where he had been a 
patient 10 days. He resided here for the past 40 years and 
was an employe of the Cumberland Brewing Company for 35 
years. A native of Frostburg, he was a son of the late 
James E. and Ellen (Arnold) Walsh. He was a member of St. 
Patrick's Catholic Church. Surviving, besides his widow, 
Mrs. Margaret (Boyle) Walsh, are a daughter, Miss Mary 
Ellen Walsh, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Shinholtz, 
city and Mrs. Fannie Densock, Akron; a brother, Frank 
Walsh, Frostburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. The 
body is at the Kight Funeral Home."
