"The Cumberland Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland 4 Dec 1912: 
"Mrs. Robert Walsh has returned from Pittsburgh, Kansas, where, on 
November 29, she attended the funeral of her son, Mr. Robert Walsh, 
Jr. Mrs. Walsh was at the bedside of her son for two weeks before 
his death, which occurred on November 26. Mr. Walsh was born and 
raised in Frostburg, but went to Pittsburgh, Kansas, about one year 
ago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Walsh; one daughter, 
Miss Leota Walsh, and a son, Robert Walsh; five sisters, Mrs. Wm. 
Kirby, and Mrs. Thomas Campbell, of Eckhart; Mrs. Walter Haffer, 
of New Jersey; Miss Elizabeth Walsh, of Johnstown; Mrs. Edward 
O'Neill, of Cumberland, Miss Helen Walsh, of Frostburg, and one 
brother, James Walsh, of Butte, Mont."
