Born in Westernport, she was a daughter of the late Welty Hamilton and Anna Hamilton Ross. Her first husband, James Foutz, preceded her in death. She was a member of Daughters of America and Barton Presbyterian Church and was employed at the Luke Mill, West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company. Surviving are her husband, Thomas Wolford; a son, James Foutz, Barton; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Marsh, Newark, Del.; two brothers, Perry Ross, Keyser, and Norris Ross, Nikep; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Pysell, Barton, and Mrs. Floyd Cowger, Fairmont, and four grandchildren. The body is at the Boal Memorial Chapel where friends will be received from 7 until o p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow. A service will be conducted there Wednesday at 1 p.m. Rev. Ronald Pritchard will officiate and interment will be in Philos Cemetery."
