Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Fri 27 Dec 1940:
Mrs. Patrick Woods-Midland. Md., Dec. 26--"Mrs. Mary Ann (Keating), aged 81, 
Midland, widow of Patrick Woods, died yesterday morning in Reeves Clinic, 
Westernport, where she was taken early Christmas morning. She was a member 
of St. Joseph's Catholic church and of the Sodality of the blessed virgin. 
Her body was removed to the home of her son, Terrence P. Woods, Lonaconing. 
Surviving are four other sons, Bernard, James and John Woods, Midland, and 
Thomas Woods Aliquippa, Pa.; two sisters, Miss Catherine Keating, Frostburg 
and Mrs. George Nichols, Fairmont, W.Va., and a brother Thomas Keating, 
Lonaconing."
 

Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Fri 27 Dec 1940: "Woods-Mrs. Mary A. 
(Keating), aged 81, widow of Patrick Woods of Midland, died Thursday, December 
26, at Reeves Clinic, Westernport. The body will remain at the home of her son, 
Terrence T. Woods, Lonaconing. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, 9:30 
a. m. from St. Mary's Catholic church, Lonaconing. Interment in St. Mary's 
cemetery, Lonaconing. Arrangements by Eichhorn's Funeral Service."
