GRANTSVILLE--Services for Mrs. Lena (Bender) Yoder, 51, wife of Ernest Yoder, 
Salisbury, Pa., who died Thursday at Meyersdale Community Hospital, were 
conducted Saturday at the Maple Glen Church near here by Rev. Ivan Miller.  
Interment was in the church cemetery.  A native of Salisbury, she was a 
daughter of the late Christian and Ida (Hershberger) Bender.  She was a member 
of the Conservative Mennonite Church of Casselman.  Besides her husband, she 
is survived by three sons, Richard B. Bender, Gettysburg Seminary; David H. 
Bender and Omar G. Bender, both at home; five daughters, Miriam Irene, Ida 
Idella, Eleanor Amanda, Freda Elizabeth, and Deliah Rosemaria Bender, all at 
home; three brothers, Floyd Bender, Omar Bender, both of Salisbury, and Harvey 
Bender, Bittinger, and four sisters, Mrs. Floyd Miller and Mrs. Ivan Miller, 
both of Grantsville, and Mrs. Omar Maust and Mrs. Simon Beachy, both of 
Salisbury.
