Zais, 42, of 368 Queen Street, McCoole, died yesterday at the home of his mother, Mrs, Hattie (Ferrell) Zais, here. He had been in ill health the past three years. A native of McCoole, he was a son of the late Walter L. Zais. He was a World War Ii veteran and a member of Queens Point Post 6775, VFW. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Ellen(Shears) Zais; four sons, Pfc. William L. Zais, Jr., Ft. Carson, Colo.; Terry L., Gary L., and Danny J. Zais, and a duaghter, Patricia A. Zais, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Louise Cutter, Lonaconing; Mrs. Gertrude Ours, Arlington, Va.; three brothers, Homer Zais, here; Walter L. Zais, Jr., Baltimore, and Orie S. Zais, Falls Church, Va. The body is at the Rogers Funeral Home where friends will be receive dtoday from 7 until 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 until 4 p.m. Services will be conducted there Friday at 11 a.m. by Rev. W. W.
