"The Cumberland Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Wednesday 13 Feb 1907: 
"St. Joseph's church was the scene of a very pretty wedding last night when Mr. William 
Fair and Miss Annie Smith were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. Rev. P. F. Mackall 
performed the ceremony. Mr. Fair is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. William Fair, of 
Paradise, and is a popular young musician. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Geo. Smith 
and is a very charming young lady. After the marriage the party were driven to the home 
of the bride, where an elegant supper was served. The Midland Cornet band was present. 
Mr. Fair is a member of this organization.
