"Evening Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Tuesday 13 Jul 1954: 
"Mr. and Mrs. Nicholson Eilbeck, Lonaconing, announce the marriage of their daughter, 
Ella Jean Love, to John A. Woods, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Woods, also of Lonaconing. 
The ceremony was performed June 23 in Hyattsville. Mrs. Jeanette Yates, Greenbelt, 
was matron of honor. Thomas Woods, brother of the groom, was best man...The couple 
left for a honeymoon in Michigan and Canada. Upon their return they will reside in 
Mt. Ranier. Mr. and Mrs. Woods are 1948 graduates of Central High School, Lonaconing, 
and 1952 graduates of State Teachers College of Frostburg. She is a teacher in 
Hyattsville and Mr. Woods has been a teacher at Bruce High School, two years."
