"In the name of God Amen. I Anthony Arnold of Allegany County State of Maryland do make ordain and declare this instrument of writing to be my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former and other wills by me made in any shape whatsoever. First I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Arnold of Allegany County, daughter of Archibald Arnold the whole of my estate both real and personal to have and to hold the same during her material life. Item: I give and bequeath unto Mary Arnold, daughter of said Elizabeth Arnold the whole of my estate both Real and Personal to have and to hold the same from and after the death of the herein before named Elizabeth Arnold, to her the said Mary Arnold, her heirs offspring forever and if the said Mary Arnold should die without heirs lawfully begotten then to my right heirs forever. Lastly I hereby constitute Nathan Magers of Allegany County my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen Hundred and twelve.
