"In the name of God Amen I John Arnold Sener of Allegany County in the State of Maryland being sick and weak in body but of sound judgement considering the sartainty (sic) of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settel my worldly affairs would it when it shall Please God to call me Hence do therefore make and Publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first and Princeabley I commit my soul into the Hands of Allmighty God and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors Hearin after Named and after my debts and funrel charges are paid and my wifes thirds taken out I devise and bequath as follows Item the first I leave to My beloved wife my mare sadel and bridel at her one disposhel providing She is the longest liver Exclusive of her thirds and to keep her bed and all the rest of my property to be devided Aminkst the childrean at the discrestion of my Exectors and lastly I do appoint Anthony Arnold and Elias Magers to be sole executors of this my last will and testament revoking and annuling all former wills by me heartofore maide ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament in testimony whareof I Have hereunto set my Hand and seal this 31 of August in the year of our lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Elevin."
