Will of Christman Dutchman or Christian Duchman 1802

In the name of God Amen I Christman Dutchman of Allegany 
County and the state of Maryland being in perfect held of 
sound and perfect mind and memory blessed by Almighty-God 
for the same do make and publish this my last will and 
testament manner and form following that is to say, It is 
my will and order that after my decease my son Christian 
shall keep out of my estate plows and wagon and all the 
gears belonging to the wagon and all my horses and all my 
cows and all my sheep and all my hogs,m that is to say, 
all my Creaturs and my tables and Charts & stofe (stove ?) 
& kettle and Buts and all my other household furniture.
	Secondly I will that all my sons shall have two 
equal shares out of my estate that is to say out of that 
which otherways yet is and all my daughters shall have one 
equal shares out of the same ? that is to say all my sons 
shall have two equal shares and all my Daughters one equal 
shares out of that which otherways yet is.
	Thirdly I order my before mentioned son Chritian 
and my son Dedwick to be the Executers of this my last will 
and testament andI disallow all other before this time made 
wills and testaments by me made be the in writing or by 
word of mouth & I order this present alone to be my last 
will and testament. 	
	In witness whereof I have hereunto set my handwriting 
and set my seal hereto at Walls Krick in Allegany County 
aforsaid the ninth day of April in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and two.
